Actually, there is no type of blood that can be used to give to anyone. But the O type - of the negative type - is the one that is most suitable; even though, also, that it can include stuff that will make things bad for you. What is crucial, in order to check if the blood meant to be used, is do testing - regarding the factor, and the blood type.
